SharePoint sites you've recently interacted with or that you follow appear in a list located under the name of your organization. If you're using OneDrive, you can access your SharePoint files in the mobile app without leaving OneDrive. (For Windows 8 or 8.1, open the folder you want to sort, tap More, and then tap sort by.) In the OneDrive app, open the folder you want to sort, then tap Sort. If you are working in work or school account, a search always searches the entire OneDrive. To search all of your OneDrive files, use search in the Files view. For example, if a folder called Work Documents is open, search will look only at files in the Work Documents folder. If the folder you need was shared by someone, it won’t automatically show, you use a browser and navigate to ‘shared with me’, go into that folder and click the ‘sync’ button. Careful with deleting, if you delete things from the OneDrive folder they will delete in the cloud too. After it’s done, they’re local, can be copied from the OneDrive folder to wherever you like.
